Design, construction, and installation for Iron and manganese salts removal plants

Raw water is extracted from deep wells where the water is in contact with iron and manganese salts that are abundantly available in these layers, with insufficient oxygen to oxidize the trivalent iron and manganese salts that are soluble in water into quadrivalent salts that are insoluble in water, making the extracted water-saturated.
Designs of Meccon for groundwater treatment plant are unique designs by using combined techniques for the oxidation of water-soluble iron and manganese salts in a temperature range of 40:60°C and converting them into trivalent salts that are insoluble and suspended in water and then separated from the water by sedimentation and then filtration with specially selected filtration multimedia to produce environmentally safe and pure water suitable for drinking and multiple uses in domestic.
